If you are taking any photos before the ceremony you may want your bouquet(s), boutonnieres prior to the wedding. Please let me know a good time frame(s) for dropping them off and location(s).
I will work with you to determine best options for delivery, in some cases, multiple delivery locations may not be possible due to time constraints.
When dropping off personal flowers, it can be helpful for me to have the contact information of someone at each location should any problems arise. This can be a member of the wedding party as the couple may be away from their phones.

What are the phone numbers / email addresses of your venue coordinator and or wedding planner? This way I can contact them if needed on the day of the wedding.
